Terms of service

These terms govern your use of BRO-CRM as a SaaS platform.

Use of the service

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to keep your access credentials confidential.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your business settings at any time; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law BRO-CRM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent Polish courts.
